Dirk Boehlé

With a rewarding and challenging beach volleyball career, I’ve had the honor of competing in multiple European and World Championships, as well as becoming National Champion several times. These experiences have taught me what it takes to perform at the highest level — not only as a player, but also as a coach.

Beach volleyball is more than just a sport to me – it’s a lifestyle where passion, dedication, and ambition come together. And with that same passion, I now guide young talents in both their athletic and personal development. Richard Schuil

With a long career in both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball, I’m proud of what I’ve achieved: from winning Olympic gold with the Dutch National Volleyball Team to earning multiple medals on the Beach Volleyball World Tour with my partner Reinder Nummerdor. These experiences have shaped me not only as an athlete, but also as a mentor who understands what it takes to perform at the highest level.

Gert-Jan van Leiden

As an experienced soccer coach with KNVB licenses VC3 and Head of Youth Development B, I currently serve as Head of Youth Development at an ambitious amateur club. In addition, I support talented players in the United States in making their American soccer dreams a reality.

Through Peak Track, I personally guide you in finding a university that perfectly matches your athletic and academic ambitions. With my extensive network and the support of an experienced team, we can offer you access to top-level education, competitive college soccer, and even the opportunity to play in semi-professional leagues during the summer months.

Who are we?

In addition to having worked and been deeply involved in the elite sports world for many years, we have also gained extensive knowledge and experience within the American sports and university system. We are well connected with major global organizations such as professional sports agencies, national sports federations, and leading sports academies, as well as the university coaches in the US. By combining our strengths in Peak Track with personal guidance, we can support both parents and the student-athlete in securing an academic and athletic scholarship at the best-fit university

At Peak Track, we prefer to work in a very personal and individual way with you to find the best university to fit your needs. We put quality over quantity, and this can only be achieved by building a close relationship with the student-athlete and their family. After an introduction and a first positive screening on our part, we are eager to work with the most motivated athletes.
We closely collaborate with their current sports club and their coaches, as well as with the educational institution where the talent is currently enrolled. In addition, we have a clear overview of the best universities and maintain close contact with their head coaches. Finally, when needed, we also seek advice from major American sport federations, US coaches, and sports agencies with which we have strong ties.
Ultimately, we guide the student-athlete and their parents one-on-one throughout the entire process, and we are just as enthusiastic and committed to finding the best match between the athlete and the university

Our Team

Sander van Buren

Director-owner

Due to my great passion for sports, I have been fortunate to gain many years of experience across various disciplines, working closely with both the athletes themselves and the organizations behind them.

Some of the highlights I look back on with great pride include founding the Zeeuwse Tennis School, where we provided selection and club training at 18 associations, serving for seven years as the initiator and tournament
director of international top-level tennis tournaments such as Futures, organizing international beach volleyball events, teaching at the sports academy in Tilburg, and coaching an international tennis talent on the ITF Juniors Tour.

These experiences have inspired me to help talented athletes realize their dream of studying in the United States while continuing their (elite) sports careers. With my own background, I know better than anyone how crucial motivation, personal attention, and a strong network are to a successful
process.
